- Obtain a signed Pro-Fit medical release form from your physician or a physician at ProPartnersMD
- Undergo initial fitness, metabolic, and body composition testing
- Develop individualized plans for diet and exercise with our staff physician and fitness trainer
- Come in every week for body measurements, weight, and consultation
- Show up to 3 educational seminars over the 60 day program
- Eat right (6 days a week)
