Fitness & Athletic Assessment

fitnessathleticassesment

For athletes or anyone who wants to get in better shape, our Fitness & Athletic Health Assessment provides your physician, dietitian, and fitness trainer with the information they need to rule out immediate health risks and to recommend a health and fitness plan to improve your performance and overall health.

This assessment includes all of the tests in our Comprehensive Health Assessment plus accurate body composition testing, metabolic "VO2" testing, body measurements, and a fitness and nutritional consultation with our Fitness Director.

Please review the descriptions on this page of all the tests included in this assessment.  Our physicians encourage you to ask questions about any of these tests so that you are sure to understand the value that each test contributes to the development of your health recommendations.

If you also desire a coronary calcium "heart scan", chest X-ray, and additional specialized laboratory tests, please compare this assessment with our most complete assessment, the Executive Health Assessment.
