Executive Assessment

"As a CEO with family, employees and stockholders depending on me, I've always known I needed to take care of my health. Over the past few years, I have made a point to have complete physical exams at the Mayo Clinic every year. This year, I tried something different [...] From my first phone call to ProPartnersMD, I could tell this was going to be much more convenient and efficient than going to Mayo."
New patients special: 10% off non-covered services for patients who have had a comprehensive executive physical at another medical facility (documentation required).
The Executive Health Assessment is the most complete assessment or your health that you will probably ever have. It will provide your physician with all the information he needs to recommend a comprehensive plan for improving your health and performance.
Please review the descriptions on this page of each test included in your assessment. Our physicians encourage you to ask questions about any of these tests so that you are sure to understand the value that each test contributes to the development of your health recommendations.
In addition to the wide array of tests included in every Executive Health Assessment, many of our patients elect to include one or more of the additional screening tests listed. Please ask your Health Assessment Care Coordinator to explain these optional tests when you call to schedule.
Rest assured that our physicians and staff will let you know if there are tests included in this assessment that you do not need. We will not perform tests that your physician deems to be unnecessary or that you do not wish to have performed.
