ProPartnersMD’s Corporate Health Assessment is the most basic of our Milestone Health Assessments. In general, it is designed for healthy men at forty years of age who do not have significant risk factors due to lifestyle, family history, or existing medical conditions.

While some men in this category will choose a more extensive assessment, the Corporate Health Assessment is an excellent baseline “40,000 mile check-up”. It includes a comprehensive medical history and complete physical examination with one of our physicians, a broad panel of blood tests, urinalysis, Titmus vision screening, an audiogram hearing test in a sound booth, pulmonary function lung function testing, an electrocardiogram, a computerized health risk assessment, and a bound summary report with detailed results and recommendations.
